Happy Labor Day

Monday, September 7, 2020
This year's Labor Day is one like no other. Instead of parties, barbecues and a trips to the shore, we are worried about wearing our masks, having enough hand sanitizer and staying at least six feet away from each other.

Yet this Labor Day is one of the most important in recent memory. This year we are honoring all of the workers who stepped up during the pandemic. The frontline workers that cared for our sick, kept us fed, and kept the power on.

For our members, this may have meant a significant change to your daily lives. Yet you persevered through it. Even when a freak Tropical Storm hit in early August our members stepped up to help. Thank you for everything you do each day and have a Happy and Safe Labor Day.
