On Monday, September 15, 2014, the New Jersey State AFL-CIO will co-sponsor a special breakfast event to celebrate and honor Aimee Belgard, an inspiring leader who as a Burlington County Freeholder has worked to build consensus and deliver results for the community. Belgard is running to represent New Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District.
Aimee Belgard is committed to revitalizing New Jersey’s economy by creating good jobs and putting working families first. Belgard was a leading advocate for raising New Jersey’s minimum wage last year, and we can count on her to take that same results-driven mindset to Washington to advance a comprehensive working families agenda.
